Dustin Whittenburg earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law in 2003, and a Legum Magister in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 2006. In addition, he was awarded the Dean's Scholarship, as well as serving as an articles editor of the SMU Law Review Association. Prior to attending law school, Whittenburg received a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and finance and a Master of Science in accounting from Texas Tech University. He graduated from Randall High School in Amarillo, Texas.
