I have over 10 years of experience in employment law and disputes. I have worked in national law firms and most recently was the employment and litigation practice leader at a highly regarded firm based on Sydney's North Shore, before striking out on my own to start Tom Howard Legal. I have expertise in litigation and disputes, employment law (including unfair dismissal), defamation and debt recovery as well as building and construction disputes.
