Harris Injury Law
Jason has been handling both personal injury and workers’ compensation cases in Arizona since 2006. In addition to car accidents, Jason's practice includes third-party liability claims resulting from work-place injuries like motor vehicle and trucking accidents, construction and industrial accidents, product and machinery defects. Jason is a straight shooter, a hard worker, and has a unique ability to translate complex and novel ideas into more simple and palatable concepts. Jason learned these skills while completing his undergraduate degree at Ole Miss and while working at The Lafayette Country Chancery Clerk’s Office in Oxford, MS. After Ole Miss, Jason attended law school at Western Michigan’s Thomas M. Cooley Law School; and while in law school, Jason earned the distinct honor of being admitted to practice law while working at the Washtenaw County Public Defender’s Office in Ann Arbor, MI. Jason also consults and represents several Arizona chiropractors, doctors, and surgeons with respect to the assignment of claims, attorney liens, and statutory lien enforcement pursuant to ARS § 33-931, 33-934, and 33-937, as well as balance billing issues, ERISA, and Non-ERISA subrogation claims. When not working or golfing, Jason loves spending most of his time with his wife Marisa, daughter Ainsley, son Carter, and the rest of his family.
