Troy and Scott took similar yet different paths prior to the formation of FR Law Group. Troy graduated from DePauw University in 1986 and went directly to law school where he graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1989. He immediately moved to Phoenix where he began his practice with a large Arizona-based law firm. He continued to practice in Arizona eventually joining two large national law firms, where his practice emphasis was on insurance recovery on behalf of large and medium-sized businesses.
