Prior to law school, Jeff honorably served in the United States Army and the Texas Army National Guard as an Officer in the Cavalry. He had the opportunity to perform in key leadership roles in support of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Additionally, Jeff completed multiple overseas deployments, earning the Bronze Star for his service in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom while deploying with the 82nd Airborne Division.
