There are 4 categories of planning - Kids Protection Plan (ensuring our kids are never cared for by strangers, Incapacity Planning (who will take of our healthcare and legal decisions if we can longer do so), Will Planning (for those with less than $166,000 in assets), and Trust Planning (for those who seek to have their loved ones stay out of court and out of conflict. 2 - LEMON LAW-We help California consumers get refunds for their crappy cars. If you find yourself at the dealer for repairs more than you'd like, you might have a lemon and you might be entitled to a refund. Manufacturers pay our bills, not you.
